Challenge

Make a welcome film for new hires: show who the team are, what they work on and how they communicate, and get new colleagues up to speed quickly.

Solution

The brief called for a comic-style superhero. I made him a guide who walks the newcomer through the team's life: who we are, what we do and how we talk to each other. From script to the final cut, with every round of changes, it took 5 working days.

My role

  • 01Character design
  • 02Script and storyboard
  • 03Animating frames with AI
  • 04Editing
  • 05Sound design, effects and voice, made with AI

Result

The film was shown to new hires at an internal onboarding meeting. Five minutes of film in five working days.
